My achievement :)

My Skating Coach asked me to wait for her after my skating session with her. I wondered why. She came back with a piece of paper and passed it to me. Hmmm ... YEAH a Certificate! I did not know that I will get a certificate for the small test that I did 2 weeks ago. I only took 4 months to sit for this Stage tests.

Let me show you my beautiful certificate. Mum said that this piece of paper costs her a bom!

That Certificate is just for one stage - ie first stage. I will have many many many many more stages to go before I can sit for Freestyle 1 exam. Freestyle 1 stage is considered as one of the lowest stage for a skater. So whatever test before Freestyle supposed to be easy :)

So .. I hopefully I will be able to complete Alpha Stage within 6 months :) Do you think I can do it?

2009 CNY Vacations

My parents and I will be going for a vacation at the following places tomorrow. .. :)

My friends :)

During Christmas Holidays, my friends came from Malaysia and stayed in HK for a month. During that one month, we met up couples of times :)

My friends are Jennifer, Jessica and Richard. They came to my house to play xbox/ps3 games. We also went for skating on one of the saturday. We also had dinners together :)

They have gone back to Kuala Lumpur late last year, I do miss them a lot but we promised each other that we will email each other and also play Club Penguin together :)

2008 Christmas Presents

2008 Christmas was a very interesting and fruitful Christmas. Not only I have received many many presents from many people, I also got to meet up with lots of friends that I only able to meet up once a year and some of them I have not even meet before.

I really believe that Christmas is not the only time to receive things from other parties, but also time to meet up with friends and to spend quality time together :)

I hope that this year Christmas will be better than last year :) Come, let's have a look what I have received last Christmas :)

Hot Pot @ Tai Wai, HK

Last week, we went to a new place to try out their steamboat. This place is at Tai Wai. Let's see what Dad has ordered ok :)

The base of the soup :-

the soup consists of seafood basically crabs :)

waitress will mix the ingredients well - add in some chinese wine. ....

mixed well .....

then the waitress light a fire in the pot ... boooom .. the whole pot is on fire

the waitress used the fire to cook the ingredients in the pot - it was a superb experience
after a few minutes, the ingredients are partially cooked ..

she will add some broth into the pot ...
and let it boil for a while ...

cover till it boils properly :)

Tadaaaa ..... nice and hot soup ... it really smelt nice :) Yummy yummy :)

So, do you think the soup is nice ? Of course, it was :) Ok ... resting time now. ... let's have a look at my photos .. muahahhaha .. then I will show you the photos of what we have ordered :)

What we have ordered :-
Usually in HK, if we have hot pot/steamboat, the restaurant will offer a wide range of condiments for us. Some are brought to our table but some we need to go to a counter to get them. The hotpot/steamboat will taste much much better with all these sauces etc etc :)
chili padi (mum's favourite) .. garlic (fresh and fried) .. and many more :)

fish .. can either eat raw or dip into the hot soup. The fish's head actually moved when the waiter served this dish to us ... quite scary actually and guess what I did not even eat a piece .. most of them are eaten by dad and mum :)

That's all for dinner on that night. We will definately go back again for 2nd visit :)

ABRSM Flute Exam

Flute Teacher passed a copy of the ABRSM Examination Enrollment form to Mum last week for her completion.

Teacher said that the exam will be either in the month of April or May next year and I am not sure what am I supposed .. need to check with teacher :)
